Any Non-Manufacturer/Factory Software Installed Onto a Receiver Voids All Warranties and WorldWideFTA.com Can Not Accept Returns As Units Are Deemed Unsellable Due To Legal Reasons.

Do not purchase or hook up your equipment until you have read and agreed to the Ordering Terms and Declaration of Intent Below.

WorldWideFTA Does NOT Accept Returns due to Software Problems. These receivers will NOT receive premium channels in factory settings. Factory Software will not receive Premium channels.

If a receiver is not working properly, call the manufacturer for a RMA authorization code. Returns will only be accepted if receiver has a RMA authorization code.

All Returns are MINUS Shipping and Handling! No Exceptions.

All Returns Are Subject To A 15% Restocking Fee.

Used/Open Products can not be returned unless damaged or not working properly. Contact WorldWideFTA for Instructions.

All "Change of Mind" Order Cancellations Are Subject to a 5% Fee Of Total Order Plus a $5 Flat Fee Per Order. Orders Over 24 Hours Old Or Shipped Orders Will Be Charged 15%.

We also Reserve the Right to Charge Shipping on Items Being Returned to The Recipient.

Customers Pays All Shipping Costs For Items Being Sent to Our Company.

Our troubleshooting sections spells everything out step by step. Our parent company has informed us to stop giving support until all of this "Unauthorized Dish Network Software" is deactivated and off the market.

All of our FTA receivers are covered with a manufacturer's warranty. We do not accept defective units back to our location you must contact manufacturer to get RMA number warranty will be honored by manufacturer ONLY We do accept returns if you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from us we offer a 15 day product return a 15% fee apply on all returns to cover shipping and handling fees all units must be intact like new condition with all accessories any missing parts will be charged/deducted from your refund total.
